Equipment to make that green vegetable juice

  1. A juicer or blender
  2. A strainer

You can have as many ingredients as you want for your green vegetable juice; such as carrots, kales, cucumbers, cabbage, beets, tomatoes, and more. Throw in some fruits and your favorite spices to spice up your green veggies juice; For instance, watermelon, mint, lemons, mangoes, pineapples, and so on.

Common Power Green Vegetable Juice Recipes

1. Spinach, Carrots, and Apples Veggies Juice

Ingredients;

  • 5 leaves of spinach
  • One full apple
  • One full carrot
  • Use cinnamon for added flavor

-Cut all into ingredients and throw them into the blender for some minutes, strain the mixture after and enjoy your juice.

2. Celery, Sweet Lime, and Spinach juice

Ingredients;
– 5 fresh spinach leaves

-One celery stalk

-5 fresh kale leaves

-One cucumber

-1 Small size cabbage

-A couple of mint leaves

-One tablespoonful of honey

-A squeeze of lemon.

Wash the cabbage and mint leaves. Cut them into appropriate pieces. Put the Cabbage pieces in the blender and blend them for a couple of minutes. Sieve your juice and add the mint leaves, the honey and lemon juice.

5. Kiwi and Cucumbers vegetable juice

Ingredients

-Thailand ginger

-Cucumbers

-and kiwi fruits

-Top up with bean sprouts

Get that blender and throw all in there and get that magic filled juice in a matter of minutes.

6. Bottle Gourd, Amla, and Mint Juice.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 a bottle gourd which has been peeled
  • 3 to 4 amlas which have been cut into pieces
  • One sprig mint leaves
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • rock salt to add that flavor

7. Amla Vegetable Juice

Boil the amla first, take the seeds away, and then use to the remaining part to make the juice, or you can remove the seeds when they are not boiled, then peel the flesh for making your juice. Most people use the latter method.

Ingredients

  • 10 to 12 amla without the seeds; remove the seeds
  • A squash of lime
  • A twig of coriander

Method; Mix all the ingredients in that blender and add a little water to get the juice extract from the ingredients. Run the blender for some minutes, unplug the blender from the power, and then sieve your juice. Serve as per your preference.

8. Cabbage, Cucumber, and Mango juice

It is rich in health benefits juice. All the ingredients used in making this juice are rich in nutrients and good for a healthy body. It has that sweet mango flavor that will make you take several glasses now and then.

Ingredients

-1/4 Cabbage; chop it into small pieces

-3 twigs of parsley

-2 spinach leaves

-1 medium-sized cucumber

-1big mango
