Bread is an almost have food commodity in every household as bread can be eaten in so many ways including making it part of other meals. Despite the worldwide love for bread the gluten in the wheat makes it affects the health of so many people.

Another bad thing about bread is that it has high amounts of carbohydrates, for those on low carbohydrates diets they can’t afford to eat bread at all. They have to look for other alternatives to replace their favorite food-bread.

To help you have healthy bread to fuel your marathon training we will give you some recipes to make yourself that low on carbohydrates and gluten-free ones.

Keto Bread Recipe You Can Try


-Eggs; per the size of bread you want to have

-Tartar cream

-Cheese; full-fat one



Separate the egg whites and whip them with the tartar cream.

In another bowl whisk the mixture of egg yolks, Cream cheese, and salt.

Add the egg whites into the mixture of egg yolks.

Take 6 small heaps of the mixture to a parchment-lined baking sheet-piece. Then smoothly flatten.

Take this to the oven and bake till it turns brown for about half an hour at 300 Fahrenheit degrees.

The best way to enjoy this keto bread recipe is while its warm paired with your favorite tea or juice.

The cheesy garlic bread recipe


-Almond flour

-Coconut flour

-Egg whites as per your bread’s size and preference



-Coconut sugar

-Mozzarella cheese


-Baking powder

-Garlic powder

– You can decide to include xanthan or guar gum.


Before you start the baking make sure you pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees.

Combine almond, coconut flour, salt, baking powder, garlic powder, and the Xanthan gum in a baking bowl. Stir all well

In a small-sized cup, mix warm water with sugar and stir this mixture till it’s fully dissolved. Add some yeast. Put this aside for a while.

To the flour combination, add some olive oil and the yeast water mixture and stir well till all mixes. On this add some beaten eggs and continue to make a mixture by stirring.

Add some ½ C Mozzarella pieces and mix slowly until you form a dough and your cheese is dissolved fully in the mixture.

Use a square cake pan or a big sized cookie sheet and grease it well. Place your butter into the cake pan or the cookie sheet you made. Make rectangle or square shapes from the dough.

Take the pieces to the oven which is already at 400 degrees for about 15-17 minutes maximum, or till you see the crust changing to brown. Take it from the oven and top it.

In a small cup or bowl, mix butter, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well, and then apply it over the top of your garlic bread’s bottom.

Top your bread with the shredded mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle the top too with Italian seasoning after.

Take it back to the oven and bake it at 400 degrees for a maximum of 10 minutes or till the cheese melts. To brown the cheese just put on your broiler.

Healthy Cornbread Recipe


-Coconut flour


-Sea salt

-Sea salt


-Baking Powder

-Vanilla Almond milk

-Coconut oil or butter

-Baby corn if you like it


Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.

Apply a light amount of grease on your 8×8 inch baking pan.

Make a mixture of flour, cornmeal, sugar, soda, and salt in a large bowl.

Stir this mixture well with yogurt and eggs added, don’t overdo the mixing process, and make sure it is only for blending the mixture well.

Pour batter into your prepared pan.

Take the mixture for baking in the preheated oven for a maximum of about 25 minutes or till the center part of the bread tends to spring back whenever gently pressed.

Coconut Flour Flatbread Recipe



-Coconut flour

Parmesan cheese

-Baking soda

-Sea salt



Stir the mixture till you have no lumps at all.

Give it a minute to settle. To allow the batter to get a little fluffier.

Chop two tablespoons of butter and melt them using the pan; use pastured, organic, or local butter.

Pour two sandwich-sized pancakes unto your pan.

Put the pan on medium heat.

When it commences to bubble and starts to turn to brown, flip the two over.

Add cheese and other sandwich contents on one of the slices, Put the other flatbread on top with the un-done side facing up.

Heat for some minutes, and then serve.

Almond Buns Recipe


-Almond flour

-Unsalted butter



-Baking powder


All the dry ingredients are mixed in a bowl.

Add the wet ingredients and whisk the mixture.

Evenly distribute the batter into the baking pan.

Heat the pan at 400 degrees F.

Pour the mixture unto the pan and bake till it turns brown.

Take it from the oven and serve.
